Casa Ponzi is an emblematic villa in Via Valline, located between Sala Baganza and Maiatico, 15 km from the city of Parma.

Built in its first version in the 16th century, the house underwent a major restoration in the 1910s and 1930s and retains from this period many decorative elements typical of the "Liberty" style which still give it its very particular charm today.

A major renovation of the entire property was undertaken in the 2010s, including the installation of photovoltaic panels, the redevelopment of outdoor spaces, the construction of a swimming pool, and the renovation of the bathrooms.

Casa Ponzi has the particularity of having belonged to the same family since its construction several centuries ago and of having always been inhabited during its long existence, which makes it, for an old house with a nicely old-fashioned style, an incredibly lively and warm house.
